Rye Foreshore Camping

The Rye foreshore reserves are open for camping from the last weekend in October through to the last weekend in April. Bookings can be made here

The campground is located on the foreshore reserve between the main road and the beach from the Rye Yacht Club to the Historic Lime Burners Kiln in Rye West.

Sites are irregular in size and shape as they are set in the natural Crown land environment. This nature reserve is prepared for camping before the opening of the camping season. Sites are not mown once the season commences. Campers should be prepared to enjoy the natural environment.

Camping amenities include toilet, shower and laundry facilities. There are both powered and non-powered sites. Water taps are shared and are not for exclusive use for any site.
