Campground Boar Gully Brisbane Ranges National Park
Campsites Boar Gully must be booked in advance. Boar Gully is at one end of the popular 3-day Burchell Trail bushwalk that traverses the Brisbane Ranges National Park. At the other end the Steiglitz Courthouse. Whilst walking the Burchell Trail walkers can camp overnight at the Old Mill Campsite and Little River campsites. To access Boar Gully, from Ballan–Geelong Rd, turn east on Brisbane Ranges Rd, then turn south on Reids Rd. There are a total of 7 campsites at Boar Gully.
Access – The Boar Gully Camping Area is situated in the northern reaches of the Brisbane Ranges National Park.
Bookings – Bookings and payments must be made in advance of camping Boar Gully.
Campsites – There are 6 campsites at Boar Gully suitable for tents; there is 1 additional campsite suitable for a camp trailer or caravan. Each site can accommodate a maximum of 6 people – all campsites are unpowered.
Facilities – You will find non-flush toilets, picnic tables and fireplaces at Boar Gully Campground.
Campfire – Fires may be lit in the fireplaces that are provided. Firewood collection is not permitted; you must carry your own firewood. A fuel stove is recommended for cooking.
Water – Tank water is available but it is not suitable for drinking. You must carry your own drinking water.
