The Tyrone Park Campground has absolute foreshore frontage, and is a compact caravan park situated just 1 kilometre from the township of Rye. The Tyrone Foreshore Campground is secluded and has easy access to the beach, hot showers, a laundry and playground for the children. There are 44 powered campsites in total (20 are Premium sites that offer views of Port Phillip Bay). Tyrone is open for camping from 16 December 2017 until 30 April 2018. The Tyrone Road Campground is close to Blairgowrie and Sorrento and only 3km from the Sorrento Queenscliff ferry.
