Camping Lake Purrumbete a popular holiday and fishing destination in Victoria located near Camperdown, and just a 2 hour drive from Melbourne. The lake is in a shallow maar, with the water crystal clear most times of the year as the lake relies totally on its own catchment.
Lake Purrumbete Holiday Park is just off the Highway between Camperdown (15 kms west) and Colac (45kms east) and is situated on Purrumbete Estate Road on the south side of the lake.
