Rocket Lake Camping Area

The Rocket Lake camp grounds are free campsites in the north east part of the Murray-Sunset National Park, Victoria. Located next to Rocket Lake, the campsite can be reached from the town of Nowingi on the Calder Freeway via the Nowingi Line Track. Alternatively, 4WD access is available via the Rocket Lake Track from Pink Lakes. When camping at the Rocket Lake camping area, campers are required to be self-sufficient and carry drinking water/gas stove. The facilities include toilets, picnic tables and a barbecue pit. Tents, 4WD campers and camper trailers are options for camping at Rocket Lake. Dogs are not allowed at this campground or within the National Park.
